Employees’ self-efficacy and work performance of employees as mediated by work environment

The study aimed to determine the correlation between self-efficacy and work performance as mediated by environment. To support theory of study, literature was reviewed. used descriptive correlational research design gather data, questionnaires were used. population all faculty employees Divine Word Colleges in Ilocos Region, Philippines. found that their is high it affects specifically task contextual but no with counterproductive behavior. environment along three dimensions such performance, Therefore, hypotheses are accepted.
